The IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and the Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE) programs offer free tax help for taxpayers who qualify. The IRS has a tool to help you find a Volunteer Income Tax Site in and around the Varina area by entering your zip code. The site shows the times and contact information. For many sites, an appointment is required.
